Return Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. The return period begins on the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned together
• Item must not show signs of wear, damage, or modification
• Power tools must not have been operated or had batteries installed

• Defective or incorrect items: AONICAN covers return shipping costs
• Customer-initiated returns (changed mind, no longer needed): Customer is responsible for return shipping
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for return shipments

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@aonican.com with your order number and reason for return.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product (e.g., defective unit), we will ship the replacement at no additional charge once the original item is received and inspected.
